Spencer Thomas Group is seeking a seasoned Implementation Consultant to join our network of HR technology and HCM experts. In this consulting role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping workforce harmony for businesses of all sizes(mostly large ones!) by implementing, configuring, testing, and optimizing their ADP WFM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex ADP WFM implementations from A to Z, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, assess current workflows, and design optimal WFM solutions.
  • Configure and customize ADP WFM to meet specific business requirements, maximizing its functionality and ROI.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation and post-launch phases.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges with finesse, ensuring minimal disruption and swift troubleshooting.
