Business Systems Admin Consultant – ADP & Concur

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant to support key enterprise applications and upcoming system initiatives, with an immediate focus on ADP Workforce Now and future Concur implementation work. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on application expertise with strong business analysis and consulting skills and can translate operational needs into practical system solutions. You’ll partner across business, technical, audit, and vendor teams while supporting implementations, ongoing administration, integrations, controls, and process improvements.

Location: Fully Remote – Must work Pacific Time hours
Duration: 11+ month contract
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65–$75/hr W2

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the implementation, stabilization, administration, and ongoing optimization of ADP Workforce Now, followed by upcoming Concur implementation initiatives.
  • Manage application configuration, user access, reporting, integrations, data, and system changes while maintaining appropriate audit and change-control documentation.
  • Partner with business system owners and stakeholders to understand workflows, gather and document requirements, evaluate system capabilities, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for internal and external auditors, supporting system-related controls, reporting, documentation, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent application initiatives, integrations, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

What Gets You the Job:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now CurrentGen, including system administration/configuration, user management, payroll processes, ATS workflows, reporting, and audit/change-control requirements.
  • Concur administration experience along with prior involvement in Concur implementations, including exposure to expense, travel, and corporate credit card functionality.
  • Experience supporting SOX 404(b) controls and system/SDLC documentation, with the ability to communicate effectively with auditors regarding application functionality and controls.
  • Strong business systems and solution consulting skills, including requirements gathering, process documentation, solution evaluation, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project/workstream coordination.
  • Experience working with enterprise integrations, middleware, and large data sets; exposure to additional finance applications such as Vena, FloQast, Condor, and/or NetSuite is a plus.
