Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process biweekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now (or applicable ADP platform).
  • Process mileage and other reimbursements
  • Review and verify timesheets, PTO requests, and attendance records for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and labor laws.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation (new hire, termination, benefits, etc.).
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support HR Manager with reports, audits, and compliance filings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all employee records.
  • Assist with HR projects, communications, and company initiatives as needed.
