Job description

The HRIS Payroll Analyst provides exceptional support to all Team Members at Crew Carwash. The HRIS Payroll Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical support of the Dayforce HCM application as well as all aspects of processing bi-weekly payroll. This role is on-site at Crew's Fishers, Indiana Support Center, 5 days per week. No remote option is available.  A relocation package is available for this role.

Position Expectations

  • Optimizes all Aspects of our HCM, Dayforce and Provides End User Support
  • Processes Bi-Weekly Payroll and Payroll Related Activities Accurately and Timely
  • Tracks and Updates Compensation for the Field Managers and Support Center Team Members
  • Ensures Compliance with Payroll Laws, Regulations and Company Policies
  • Other Duties as Assigned by the Payroll and Benefits Manager

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience
  • Experience with Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now or other HCM systems is required.
  • Experience with payroll is preferred
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strongly developed skills to identify challenges and implement procedures and processes to overcome them
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience creating advanced custom reports
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
