Role: ADP PM for BSW
We are looking for an experienced ADP Project Manager with strong domain knowledge in payroll implementations. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of operating at task level, and adept at governing, tracking, and executing complex payroll engagements.
Functional (key to success):
Payroll Processing: Proficient in end-to-end weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll cycles utilizing ADP platforms like ADP Workforce Now or RUN Powered by ADP.
System Administration know-how: Knowledge about ADP modules, including time and attendance, benefit accruals, leaves, special requests, and tax profiles.
Compliance & Tax: Sound knowledge of remit - local, state, and federal payroll taxes to appropriate government agencies.
Support: Act as the subject matter expert to address employee & leadership inquiries regarding pay stubs, deductions, direct deposits, and timekeeping issues.
Reporting & Auditing: Knowledgeable of Payroll data recon, quarter & year-end processing, and requested compensation reports for management as part of the project.
Consultation. This role will act as a trusted advisor to client and provide consultative support, status of project’s health, timeline & budget compliance, and risk management.
Program Management:
Lead and manage ADP payroll implementation or transformation projects.
Own detailed project plans, task‑level execution, and execution governance.
Coordinate across business, HR, payroll, vendors, and technical teams.
Track dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution through follow‑ups.
Ensure compliance with payroll processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and milestones.
