The University seeks a Director of Admissions and Recruitment to lead the Enrollment Management Division in creating comprehensive workflows and enrollment management recruitment operations to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in order to recruit and retain students.

This position is an integral member of the enrollment management leadership team and reports to the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management. The Director of Admissions and Recruitment will be a leader within the Division, responsible for a comprehensive workflow and enrollment management operation, across all units associated with the enrollment process, with a commitment to superior internal and external communications and ongoing efficiencies and effectiveness, applying a high degree of organization and attention to detail. The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Technology will develop processes, scheduling high school recruitment events, college fairs, training manuals, dual enrollment recruitment and manage enrollment data, communications flows, and operations through SLATE, the university's customer relationship management (CRM) tool, and BANNER. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can design recruitment and technology-supported solutions to implement admissions, recruitment, and financial aid strategies, develop/revise related policies and procedures, and contribute significantly to the strategic planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives. This position will also collaborate with other key areas outside of the division such as Financial Services, Graduate Admissions, SSRP, and academic departments.

Minimum Requirements for Entry into this Position:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, business, or related field.

Preferred Requirements for Entry into this Position:

Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field in a higher education setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
