Hillcrest – a skilled nursing facility is looking for teammates who have a passion for caring. As a full-time Admissions Assistant, you will be responsible for working with hospital discharge planners on patient/resident to our senior care facility. If you are longing for a stable, honest, and safe place to work, this job is for you!
Job Duties Include:
  • Process necessary paperwork prior to the admission; strong organization skills are a plus.
  • Work as a team with admissions coordinator and other departments to ensure smooth and welcoming admission for the patient.
  • Assist the patient or family through the admissions process.
  • Meet with families of prospective patients for tours and information about Hillcrest.
  • Serve as liaison between new families and Hillcrest staff
