MV Transportation is seeking an experiencedAdministrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for accomplishing day to day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • MS Office platform and general knowledge of windows-based computer operating systems. 
  • Basic accounting and data entry. 
  • Excellent written and oral skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned. 

Talent Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Three (3) years relevant experience required. 
  • Ability to read, write and speak English. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions. 
  • Ability to maintain a safe and organized work area. 
  • Must always have a professional appearance and demeanor. 
  • Must adhere to local attendance policy.
