Resumen del Puesto

El/la Asistente Administrativo(a) será responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo a la organización, asegurando el manejo eficiente de documentos, coordinación de actividades y soporte a las diferentes áreas de la empresa.


Responsabilidades
  • Contestar y canalizar llamadas telefónicas de manera profesional.
  • Atender a visitantes y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Manejar correos electrónicos y correspondencia general.
  • Preparar, organizar y archivar documentos físicos y digitales.
  • Coordinar reuniones, citas y calendarios del personal.
  • Elaborar reportes, cartas, memorandos y otros documentos administrativos.
  • Entrar y actualizar información en sistemas internos y hojas de cálculo.
  • Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, facturas y documentación administrativa cuando sea requerido.
  • Coordinar con suplidores, clientes y diferentes departamentos.
  • Mantener el inventario de materiales y suministros de oficina.
  • Brindar apoyo administrativo en proyectos especiales y otras tareas asignadas.

Requisitos
  • Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas o área relacionada (preferible).
  • Experiencia previa como Asistente Administrativo(a), Recepcionista o en funciones similares.
  • Bilingüe (español e inglés), tanto oral como escrito.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook y PowerPoint).
  • Excelentes destrezas de organización y manejo del tiempo.
  • Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Buenas destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Atención al detalle y alto sentido de confidencialidad.
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y orientación al servicio al cliente.

Condiciones de Trabajo
  • Ambiente de oficina.
  • Manejo constante de documentación administrativa.
  • Interacción con clientes, suplidores y personal interno.
  • Trabajo orientado al cumplimiento de fechas límite y prioridades operacionales.
