Administrative Support
We are a family-owned company based in Louisville, Kentucky that believes in opening doors to long-lasting relationships while securing a lifetime of experiences.
The Company: Willis Klein Safe, Lock & Decorative Hardware is a trusted third-generation expert in residential lock installation and door hardware and is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.
The Position: We're looking for an Administrative Assistant/Support. The pay range we're offering is 38K to 42K Annually.

Requirements:
- Must be a team player
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be able to work well with others and alone
- Must be on time and ready to work at the beginning of each shift
- Must be able to follow direction without complaint and respectfully offer feedback or suggestions on improvements.
- Ability to multi-task and/or change tasks with little to no notice as business dictate
- Must be willing to adapt to changing departmental needs
- Must be willing to help and support multiple departments as skill sets allow
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for all phone calls and forward calls as necessary
- Scanning Packing Lists
- Help Assemble Check Runs
- Check and forward Purchase Order Acknowledgements daily
- Call A/P to request invoices and credits
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with received product matching vendor invoicing
- Assist in receiving credits for valid returned good authorizations
- Help to fill in for absences in Service Dispatch, warehouse, and administrative support
- Occasionally help to "run" parts to service technicians in field as needed
