The Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is hiring several temporary Administrative Assistants.

Position Details:
These are in-person (not remote) roles. Responsibilities may include:

  • Verifying and updating criminal histories
  • Processing expungement orders or final dispositions
  • Processing fingerprint card submissions
  • Pulling, scanning, and inputting cards
  • Other general administrative duties

Minimum Requirements:

·       At least 18 years old

·       U.S. citizen

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       No felony convictions

 Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • On-site at headquarters in Nashville
