Job description

JOB SUMMARY

As the Administrative Operations Manager for East Imaging, you will be responsible for all of the administrative aspects of running the Imaging Center. Operational responsibilities include planning, staff management, budget management, working closely with all partners to ensure a smooth, efficient and customer responsive clinic environment in conjunction with the Radiology Department Director and the East Imaging Department lead tech through the management contract with (and as a Lease Employee of) Regional One Health Imaging, LLC, and its Executive Manager (and minority investor, Jeff Landman, MD).

Key Job Responsibilities

Essential Function

Develops operational expertise in each role/function and assists each area in maintaining productivity and quality of service.

Work with Radiologists to assure appropriate coverage of professional services. Facilitates effective communication processes between staff, patients, physicians and other clients.

Responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e., efficiency, productivity and cost) for the center.

Maintains productive relationship with center’s customer base through delivery of extraordinary customer service.

Provides ongoing and timely communication to management and staff regarding center performance, staff performance, event, issues, etc.

Evaluates current processes and recommends changes within the center to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives.

Provide recommendations regarding the plan for business development for the Center. Attends sales calls and lunch meetings as determined necessary by Marketing and the Executive Manager.

Interfaces with Medical Director, Radiology Director, and /or all technical and administrative staff to ensure effective teamwork and efficient center operations. Monitor and take corrective actions to optimize performance and cash flow.

Provide training and education in workflow to get appropriate, timely information to Hospital for revenue cycle purposes.

Implement and monitor performance benchmarks.
