The Operations Coordinator plays a vital cross-functional role supporting recruitment, finance, procurement, executive support, and operational logistics. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in operations, HR, finance, or administrative coordination. Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and financial software; experience with procurement systems is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
