Job description

We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to a business owner in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing a variety of responsibilities, and playing an integral role in the day-to-day success of a growing business.

As the primary administrative support to the owner, you will help keep operations running efficiently by managing communications, coordinating appointments and follow-ups, organizing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with a variety of administrative and client service tasks. You'll regularly interact with clients, business partners, and team members, serving as one of the first points of contact and helping create a polished, welcoming, and professional experience.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others are essential. Compensation:

$58,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with interested clients and prospects via phone, text, and email
  • Coordinate communication with vendors regarding supplies, services, and orders
  • Maintain and update internal records, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
  • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and calendar management
  • Ensure client communications are clear, consistent, and well-documented
  • Support ongoing projects and operational tasks as directed by the business owner

Qualifications:
