We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to join our TEAM in the Livonia, MI area.

Experience required:

  • Excellent customer service especially over the phone
  • Efficient with multiple software systems
  • Strong willing to learn and gain knowledge in Healthcare and Hospice
  • Proficient and attention to detail for data entry
  • Multitasking a must
  • Ability to work as a team member including sharing an office and work load with others in close proximity, assisting and prioritizing as a team to accomplish the goals of the team
