We are currently seeking an Administrative Intern to join our administrative team, in our Detroit, MI office.

Position Details:

  • Assist with preparing professional correspondence, engagement letters, presentations, and other documents; includes basic word processing and document formatting support.
  • Support printing and binding of documents.
  • Help organize, track, and maintain spreadsheets and files from a variety of sources.
  • Assist with answering phones, coordinating incoming/outgoing mail, and professionally greeting clients, guests, and vendors.

Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); familiarity with PowerPoint and Acrobat is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in an office environment and using a laptop computer for extended periods.
