Job description

Administrative Operations Intern

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is hiring an Administrative Operations intern.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination, including handling logistics, (e.g., invitations, booking conference rooms, etc.), taking meeting notes, documenting action items, and following up action items to resolution
  • Tracking team travel and ensuring Trip Reports are filled out and stored properly
  • Assist the team with organization and maintaining working order of SharePoint (data input and storage)
  • Updating and maintaining group tracking and presentation files.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Current college student with a junior/senior standing pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent handling various tasks at the same time and responsive with a strong teamwork attitude.
  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Required Experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
