Job description

Cadence is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant in Global Human Resources.
This role requires a self-starter with an ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages complex calendars - coordinating internal and external meetings in multiple time zones
  • Takes direction from the Sr. Program Manager
  • Builds cross-functional relationships with leadership, management, and administrative assistants in other departments
  • Organizes onsite/offsite events and quarterly meetings
  • Prepares expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinates both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • May work on special projects at the direction of the direct supervisor or other members of the HR leadership team
  • Manage logistics for meetings, off-sites, training, and in-person events held in San Jose and virtually that may include worldwide attendees.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years' experience as a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to senior level management
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Highly Confidential
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills
  • Knowledgeable about organizing events
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
  • Constantly searching for innovative ways to strengthen team programs and communication

Work Location
  • This role is based on-site in San Jose, CA, with a requirement to be in the office four days per week.

The hourly range for California is $28.26 to $52.50 per hour. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Please note that the hourly range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
