You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to support the school site in a variety of ways

Operations Support Staff may take on any of the following responsibilities: -Respond to teachers requests for copies in a timely fashion -Making sure copies are of high quality and organized -Monitor students to ensure safety and build meaningful relationships with our students and other staff. -Organize library materials and help with check-out when necessary. You will also receive training and support through high-quality professional development and coaching.

The Director of School Operations will communicate with Operations Support Staff around which of the following roles they own and when each role should be completed. Essential Support Areas: -General Support: Complete duties as assigned by the Director of School Operations -Lunch & Recess Support -Print Management -Library Assistance Requirements / Qualifications Required: -Prior work in a school setting preferred -Live Scan and TB Test required -Volunteer Registration form required Preferred: -Strong relationship building skills; appetite for and ability to engage families and community members; cultural competency with at-risk students and families; -Manages multiple priorities simultaneously to accomplish urgent and important needs; -Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to keep the big picture in mind; -Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
