Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist the Administrative Lead with a variety of administrative, human resources, and payroll support tasks while ensuring efficient office operations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Administrative Lead with day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Manage filing systems, maintain accurate records, and organize company documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange meeting materials as needed.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation, employee records, and other human resources processes.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and organizing payroll information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Respond to general administrative inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
