Position Summary

The Account & Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting our wholesale operations, inventory management, customer service, and sales administration. This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple priorities, and providing outstanding service to both wholesale and retail customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.


Key Responsibilities

Wholesale & Sale Support

·     Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.

·     Enter and maintain customer, product, and order information.

·     Follow up with wholesale customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, payments, and delivery updates.

·     Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure timely order fulfillment.

·     Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other sales documentation.

·     Support retail and wholesale sales activities during market weeks, trade shows, and seasonal launches.

·     Assist in maintaining customer accounts and sales records.


Inventory Management

·     Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

·     Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock adjustments.

·     Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.

·     Help manage sample inventory and warehouse organization.

·     Generate inventory reports as needed.


Customer Service

·     Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

·     Resolve order issues promptly and effectively.
