Responsibilities
โ€ข General office management duties such as answering phones, handling mail/FedEx/UPS, ordering supplies and scheduling various vendors for services.
โ€ข Perform sales support functions, such as:
โ€ข Running and assessing reports:
โ€ข Open order reports
โ€ข Billing reports
โ€ข Project profit and loss repots
โ€ข Customer statements
โ€ข Project detail transaction reports
โ€ข Accounts receivable aging reports

โ€ข administrative team overflow support:

Requirements
โ€ข Must be highly organized, resourceful and a strong multi-tasker. At minimum, three years of prior experience in an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant role is necessary.
โ€ข Associates degree in business or related major preferred
โ€ข Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus.
โ€ข Prior experience with financial software packages preferred.
โ€ข Must have and maintain an upbeat, professional and friendly attitude and demeanor.
