Administrative Assistant needed for local accounting firm’s New Bedford Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phones with professionalism and confidence
  • Route calls appropriately using multi-office phone system
  • Administrative support to all staff
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Errands as necessary
  • Occasional travel to Plymouth or Martha’s Vineyard Office
  • Client information services - intake, setup, scanning tax documents
  • Processing tax returns for delivery
  • 40 hours per week
  • Possible extra hours during tax season as needed
