Summary

The administrative assistant is to provide support to the on-going operation of Open Arms Care Corporation. The administrative assistant is the first person seen when entering the facility, therefore the administrative assistant has a potent impact. The administrative assistant acts as an aid for all positions in the facility.

Essential Functions
  • Greet visitors at front desk and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Type all documents in a timely manner.
  • Enter client trust checks.
  • Answer the phone, direct calls and take messages.
  • Keep track of turn around documents.
  • Copy materials as needed/requested.
  • File timesheets
  • Make bank deposits, Social Security Income and Social Security Administration checks and returned money.
  • Process all Social Security Administration and Social Security Income forms.
  • Maintain all office machines.
  • Complete payee representative forms.
  • Order all supplies monthly with the support of the accounting clerk.
  • New Hire Badges
  • Responsible for setting up and cleaning up for executive meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Computer knowledge of Excel, Word, and Quicken.

Stampli and Ramp experience a plus.

One year's experience as an administrative assistant.

Organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Must be able to demonstrate cooperative team skills.
