Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, multiple departments, and leadership teams. This Administrative Assistant role is responsible for coordinating schedules, preparing professional documents and presentations, organizing meetings, maintaining office operations, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently across the organization.


The ideal Administrative Assistant will have 3–5+ years of administrative or office support experience, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while serving as a dependable resource for the entire team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments and team members across the organization
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Prepare, edit, format, and distribute reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Draft, file, retrieve, and maintain important company records and documentation
  • Assist with planning internal and external meetings, including scheduling, meeting materials, catering, and room setup
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems and administrative records
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and office correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate equipment needs, and assist with general office operations
  • Support marketing efforts by maintaining, ordering, and shipping marketing materials
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members
  • Assist with administrative processes including time entry, expense reports, and additional office projects
  • Perform other administrative duties to support efficient day-to-day operations


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of administrative assistant, office administration, or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
