Job description

We are looking for a casual Administrative Assistant to support services at our Langley and Abbotsford clinic locations.

Locations: 

Willing to commute to both Langley and Abbotsford.

Beneficial if willing to pick up shifts in Surrey.

Position:

Administrative Assistant (Casual)

Schedule:

Flexible availability to help cover sick/vacation coverages at the Langley and Abbotsford locations. Opportunities to also cover at any Back in Motion or Legacies Health Centre locations across the Lower Mainland where clinics are open 7 days per week.

Core Candidate Skills:

We’re seeking a reliable and adaptable Administrative Assistant with strong communication and customer service skills, able to manage changing priorities and support daily operations. Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to commute to the noted locations to meet the needs of the role.

Wage: $18.75

Start date: ASAP

The successful person will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers. The position may also support clinical accreditation procedures as well as the corporate Health & Safety program.
