Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE: This individual is responsible for sorting, scanning and proof of delivery of inbound mail.
COMPANY GENERAL POLICY& PROCEDURE:
  • Attendance: Is punctual and present. Will request time off in accordance with policy. Will document time worked and reasons for tardiness/absence or leaving early according to company policy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all daily inbound packages and mail.
  • Open and sort inbound mail by client, document type, and other parameters.
  • Create batch sheets for sorted mail by document type and client.
  • Utilize organization's Scan Station to upload batch sheet barcodes to the server.
  • Maintain attention to detail at all times.
  • Troubleshoot the operation of production equipment.
  • Maintain documentation of the sorting batch as it flows through the sorting process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain service level agreements and track daily/hourly metrics.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
