Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Contract & Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of contracts, leases, licenses, and other essential operational documentation across our growing portfolio of businesses. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, tracking renewals, and supporting new site setup while helping us run efficient and legally sound operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and track a variety of contracts (service agreements, equipment and building leases, licenses, etc.).
  • Coordinate signatures and ensure all contracts and related documents are filed and maintained per company procedures.
  • Manage permit applications and renewals; ensure timely submission and payment of all associated fees.
  • Review and approve rent payments, and monitor licensing deadlines (e.g., Health Food Permits, Liquor Licenses).
  • Set up utility and internet accounts for new locations.
  • Coordinate highway signage installations in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and address water leaks across company properties promptly.
  • Perform additional administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain 100% attendance and uphold company values.

What You Bring
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a similar contract administration or compliance role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
