We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and service-driven Assistant Administrator to support the delivery of exceptional in-home care services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both Clients and Employees. This role is central to ensuring Clients receive consistent, high-quality care while serving as a key communication hub between Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partners.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES โ€“ what youโ€™ll own and lead as a Home Health Care Assistant Administrator:

  • Enthusiastically provide 5-star service to all incoming calls
  • Coordinate care services for assigned Clients to ensure timely, consistent, and appropriate service delivery
  • Serve as a point of a support for Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partners
  • Develop individualized service plans based on Client needs and authorized services
  • Conduct initial and ongoing Client assessments to monitor service quality, satisfaction, and compliance
  • Prepare Client welcome materials and intake documentation
  • Manage Client authorizations and support billing accuracy to ensure services are properly authorized and billable
  • Support scheduling and staffing efforts to minimize overtime, reduce service disruptions, and ensure shift coverage, including occasional after-hours support as needed
  • Support Branch compliance efforts, including maintaining compliant licensing documentation
  • Conduct weekly New Hire Orientation sessions for incoming Caregivers

  • Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus


Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience managing and prioritizing administrative responsibilities in an office setting with some time spent in client homes
  • Experience using an electronic CRM or care management system; AxisCare preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare or a related service-based industry preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
