Job Summary:


The NetSuite Administrator serves as the primary system lead for Jordan Valley Health's ERP environment. This role ensures stability, accuracy, and optimization of NetSuite across Finance, HR, Revenue Cycle, Purchasing, and Operations. The Administrator will configure workflows, maintain system controls, support integrations, and develop dashboards and reporting tools that enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, and approval chains
  • Maintain chart of accounts, departments, locations, and segments
  • Build and optimize saved searches, dashboards, and scheduled reports
  • Support integrations with Epic, Paylocity, 340B vendors, and banking systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with NetSuite support
  • Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and module implementations
  • Ensure data integrity and audit readiness
  • Partner with Finance to automate allocations, accruals, and close processes
  • Support Purchasing with PO workflows and vendor management tools
  • Train end users and develop documentation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite functionality
  • All other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-5 years of NetSuite administration experience
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, allocations)
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches
  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred
  • Healthcare ERP experience is a plus
  • Workflow automation expertise is a plus 
  • NetSuite certifications are a plusÂ
