Title: UKG HRIS Administrator

Job Summary
New Day Healthcare is seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our team. This role will oversee the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of UKG to ensure consistent, reliable and compliant HR operations. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, Accounting, and IT to optimize system functionality, improve user experience, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong analytical skills, ensuring data accuracy, driving process automation, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of experience administering an HCM system (UKG, ADP, etc.)
โ€ข 1-3 years of experience with Time & Attendance platforms (Kronos, UKG, ADP, etc.)
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
โ€ข Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
โ€ข Self-starter with strong initiative and a growth mindset.
โ€ข Experience evaluating processes and recommending logical, data-driven improvements.
โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills required.
โ€ข Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR compliance requirements.
โ€ข Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred.
