Job description

The People and Culture Admin Assistant role is vital in supporting various department efforts. This role works
under the direction of the SVP of People and Culture to provide administrative support for the leader as well as
Training, Recruiting, Belonging, and the Human Resource Functions. This role will be tasked to receive and
maintain edits for our training and recruitment library and our policy and procedure repository. This position
serves as a key support for the department, events and training, ensuring we are well stocked with materials,
providing hospitality during events, and set-up and tear down before and after.


The People and Culture AA will maintain the People and Culture portion of our SharePoint intranet page and
updates.
