About the Role:

DENSO TEN AMERICA Limited (TNAM) is seeking a highly professional, bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the President and serve as a key liaison between our U.S. operations and headquarters in Japan. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, business leaders, and international stakeholders.

Location: On-site Novi, Michigan (August-October 2026) OR Plano, Texas.
Employment Type: Contract Position (2-6 Months) in Novi, Michigan. Potential contract-to-direct hire opportunity in Plano, Texas

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing correspondence, maintaining confidential records, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Summarize incoming communications, reports, presentations, and business materials to facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Attend meetings as assigned; prepare, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
  • Coordinate executive and corporate-level meetings involving company officers and key stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and prepare monthly business reports related to sales performance, operating results, forecasts, and key business performance indicators.
  • Communicate business information and reports between Company U.S. operations and headquarters in Japan.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive presentations, board reports, annual Hoshin planning materials, and mid-term business plans.
  • Exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and professionalism when handling sensitive business matters and confidential information.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant role.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management, including executive leadership teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Language Requirements

  • Business-level fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Japanese companies or multinational organizations.
  • Experience supporting international executives and collaborating across different cultures.
  • Experience coordinating executive travel, board meetings, and strategic planning activities.
