Job Summary

Adecco is hiring Peak Warehouse Supervisors to support a high-volume warehouse operation in Litchfield Park, AZ, during the upcoming peak season. We are hiring supervisors for all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

We are looking for experienced, hands-on leaders who can effectively manage warehouse associates, maintain productivity, and ensure a safe and efficient operation during a fast-paced peak season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead warehouse associates during daily operations.

  • Assign tasks and ensure proper staffing across departments and work areas.

  • Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance.

  • Coach associates and address performance or attendance concerns.

  • Ensure employees follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.

  • Support new-hire orientation, training, and onboarding.

  • Partner with Adecco onsite management and customer leadership to meet daily goals.

  • Communicate staffing issues, operational concerns, and employee needs promptly.

  • Conduct regular floor checks to monitor workflow and employee performance.

  • Assist with resolving employee questions and concerns professionally.

  • Maintain accurate attendance, productivity, and staffing information.

  • Help ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and productive.

  • Support peak-season staffing and operational initiatives.

  • Work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics supervisory experience preferred.

  • Previous experience managing warehouse teams strongly preferred.

  • Experience working in a high-volume or peak-season environment is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn customer and Adecco systems.

  • Dependable with excellent attendance.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

  • Must be flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
