Job description

Position Summary

To serve our customers by selling our products and managing our employees to established standards in order to increase company sales and profits.ย 

Essential Functions

  • Perform established job duties in accordance with established standards.
  • Works to resolve customer service issues or delivery issues that occur, as necessary. ย Communicates all performance and customer service issues to the Senior Market Sales Manager, STLM, SOM and TDM, as applicable.
  • Develops, builds and maintains relationships with Sr Market Sales Manager, STLM, TDM Large Format Account Manager and TAM positions; provides customer service according to established guidelines.ย 
  • Conducts store evaluations to ensure that store conditions are met and maintained according to established company standards (e.g. pricing, standard sets, presentation, proper product rotation and freshness).ย 
  • Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures are followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local Laws). ย 
  • Communicates with customers and employees to introduce product lines as assigned by Senior Market Director, G&J ADCO according to AOP initiatives.ย 
  • Stocks, rotates and displays all products to established standards (e.g. coolers, vendors).ย 
  • Maintains confidentiality of financial information, customer information, promotions, pricing, CDA contracts, employee information (e.g. discipline, wage information) and other sensitive and confidential information.ย 
  • Completes time-off requests and timecards, mileage reports and other paperwork according to established company policy.ย 
  • Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.ย 

Education Level

Bachelorโ€™s degree or pursuing a bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in business or related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
