Job Purpose: At Denova, our Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) are at the forefront of integrated healthcare, delivering comprehensive, family-centered care across all stages of life. As a key member of our team, you will work autonomously and alongside other healthcare professionals, utilizing a whole-person approach that seamlessly blends primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and wellness strategies.

What You Will Do:

  • Comprehensive Care Management: Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient outcomes.
  • Preventive Health Education: Guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
  • Lifecycle Health Promotion: Adapt health strategies to accommodate the aging process.
  • Diagnostic and Evaluation Expertise: Perform thorough exams and evaluations to diagnose and monitor health concerns.
  • Prescriptive Authority: Utilize your expertise to prescribe medications effectively and safely.
  • Leadership and Independence: Lead healthcare initiatives and manage patient care with autonomy.

What We Need From You:

  • Master's degree in nursing.
  • Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner licensure
  • Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications.
  • Experience using electronic medical records.
  • Current BLS and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
  • 1-3 years of Family Practice, Primary Care, or related Nurse Practitioner experience.
  • Prior experience in an integrated care setting is a plus
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Part Time onsite position
  • 2 10-hour shifts per week
  • 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • One scheduled day must be either Monday or Friday
