• Conduct thorough patient assessments through comprehensive physical examinations and medical history documentation, ensuring all relevant information is collected to inform treatment decisions.

• Order, collect, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests to identify patient conditions and develop tailored healthcare plans.

• Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments in line with established protocols, monitoring efficacy and safety to adapt health management plans as required.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate and implement comprehensive, outcomes-based treatment strategies that are evidence-based and align with patient-centered care principles.

• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families, addressing medication management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare measures for better health outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records, documenting treatment plans and patient progress, while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Perform invasive procedures within your scope of practice as authorized by the supervising physician, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practice guidelines.

• Deliver high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings beyond primary clinics, including emergency services and inpatient care as needed.

• Demonstrate flexibility by managing patient care duties outside of regular hours when departmental coverage is necessary, ensuring consistency in patient care delivery.

The patient population at our Cardiovascular Clinic primarily includes adults dealing with complex cardiac conditions, ranging from non-life-threatening issues to critical care needs. As a Physician Assistant, you will possess the skills to assess, diagnose, and manage treatment in collaboration with cardiologists and specialists, tailoring care to individual health statuses and needs.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a cardiology or surgical environment.
• Current licensed Physician Assistant credentials and certification as per state regulations.
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures, diagnostic methods, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based medical care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and professional collaborators.

• Experience working in a surgical center or outpatient environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Knowledge of cardiology-related conditions and treatment protocols enhances the applicant's suitability for this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 140,000 and 180,000, depending on experience.
