You will work entirely from the comfort of your home, leveraging our advanced telehealth platform to engage with clients. We prioritize flexibility and offer a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to promote a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions via our user-friendly telehealth platform, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methodologies.
  • Regularly assess patient progress through digital assessment tools to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt therapeutic strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic approaches are employed for client care.
  • Document session notes and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, utilizing secure electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in weekly consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and share insights with fellow team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida is mandatory.
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CBT or other effective therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong technology skills, with an ability to adapt to various digital clinical tools with ease.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy online and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
