Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs.
• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the diverse experiences of clients.
• Manage all aspects of client care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, guaranteeing that interventions are holistic and effective.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Team-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working in innovative and flexible therapeutic environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
