Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish a deep understanding of clientsโ€™ mental health needs, enabling the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.
  • Implement personalized goals and interventions tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances and preferences, fostering their journey toward emotional resilience.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring effective de-escalation and safety protocols are followed.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, helping them develop effective coping strategies and guiding them toward community resources and support networks.
  • Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to track therapeutic outcomes.

  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
