Qualifications

▶ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
▶ Licensed to practice medicine in Florida
▶ Board eligible or board certified
▶ Completed psychiatry residency
▶ 10 years of successful clinical practice experience
▶ Behavioral health leadership experience

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30–50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Travel to PCHG sites and occasional conferences
