As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genesis Health Clinic, you will work in a fully remote setting, which allows for a balanced work-life dynamic. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical evaluation process and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise positive behavior support plans and improve patient outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison to local and state service systems, facilitating partnerships with key community organizations and agencies.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Maintain open communication channels with clients and team members to promote understanding and effective treatment pathways.
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences and workshops to enhance clinical expertise.
• Promote the agency’s mission and values throughout all interactions with clients and the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall goals of the clinic.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base dealing with various challenges, including mental health disorders, addiction issues, and other behavioral health concerns. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Valid Independent LMHC License issued by the state board of Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical records and produce reports as required.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to make sound judgments and independent decisions based on clinical expertise.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underrepresented populations is highly desired.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an advantage.
• A track record of participating in multidisciplinary team meetings discussing treatment and care coordination.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 86,000 – 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
