Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish a deep understanding of clients’ mental health needs, enabling the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.
• Implement personalized goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and preferences, fostering their journey toward emotional resilience.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring effective de-escalation and safety protocols are followed.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, helping them develop effective coping strategies and guiding them toward community resources and support networks.
• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to track therapeutic outcomes.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives of clients, tailoring approaches to fit various cultural contexts.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on clients across the lifespan, from children to adults, facing a myriad of mental health challenges. Our clients often seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship difficulties, and stress management. You will work to ensure each client feels seen, heard, and valued, facilitating a therapeutic relationship that supports their growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Proven clinical experience in providing therapy services, along with a robust understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required for effective client interaction and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
