JOB DESCRIPTION
We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant. In this exciting role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive and administrative support to an executive within the Ad Sales organization.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Prepare expense reports, coordinate travel
  • Prepare and update Power Point Presentations, Word documents and Excel charts
  • Respond to Executive's inquiries as appropriate
  • Anticipate and prepare executive's daily schedule of meetings and priorities
  • Maintain confidentially at all times
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls
  • Project management
  • Special projects as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with executives, assistants and other internal and external constituents
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be poised, polished and professional
