Nature of Work:
  • This position supports Account Directors and the Sales Operations team throughout the full sales cycle, including order entry, campaign maintenance, traffic coordination, Altitude+ DAI streaming support, reporting, billing reconciliation, ratings support, and departmental administration. The role requires accuracy, responsiveness, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure campaigns are entered, scheduled, delivered, revised, and documented according to client and agency expectations.
Examples of work performed:
  • Support Account Directors in all aspects of the sales process, from order entry through campaign delivery.
  • Enter and maintain accurate television, digital, sponsorship, and bonus orders in Wide Orbit, confirming rates, rotations, flight dates, and inventory placement.
  • Ensure order entry and log placement accuracy, including timely handling of revisions, preemptions, and makegoods in coordination with Traffic and Account Directors.
  • Assist the Executive Director, Sales Operations with both local and national sales efforts and serve as an additional point of contact when needed.
  • Coordinate with the Traffic Department to confirm commercial placement, timing, copy instructions, and advertiser creative materials.
  • Support Altitude+ DAI streaming campaign execution by coordinating order details, creative assets, targeting requirements, flight dates, inventory availability, and delivery expectations with Sales, Traffic, Ad Operations, and streaming partners.
  • Monitor Altitude+ DAI streaming schedules and delivery pacing, assisting with revisions, makegoods, troubleshooting, and communication of any under-delivery, schedule changes, or technical issues.
  • Support Account Directors in all aspects of the sales process, from order entry through campaign delivery.

  • Monitor and track all ordered schedules through the sales cycle to ensure deal points are adhered to per client and agency expectations.
  • Provide backup support to the sales support team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum
    • BS/BA degree in Sales amp; Marketing or related field
    • 2+ years’ experience in Media Sales or related field
    • 6 months' experience using Wide Orbit
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    • Previous media sales experience in Sports field or organization
    • Previous Broadcast Traffic Experience
    • Professional, collegiate, and/or media related sales experience
    • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation:
  • Base wage range: $28.85 - $31.25 hourly
