About CSI Sports

CSI Sports owns and operates Fight Sports®, one of the fastest-growing unwired sports networks in the country. Our national network partners, with 40 top Regional Sports Networks (RSN’s). We syndicate our premium combat sports content (Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing, Martial Arts, Grand Sumo Wrestling) to over 75 million homes nationwide. Additionally, our satellite distribution on DISH & DirecTV enables us to cover over 90% of the U.S.

CSI Sports is seeking a National Advertising Sales Account Executive to maximize revenue through sales and sponsorships. The candidate must be able to create, develop and execute sales strategies and proposals. The Account Executive will manage business from new and existing accounts and should be highly motivated, with a passion and interest in the media industry.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • National Advertising Sales Experience
  • Manage national advertising and sponsorship opportunities
  • Ability to create and cultivate relationships within the industry
  • Forecast and prepare detailed reports on actual and anticipated advertising bookings to provide sales leadership with visibility into revenue trends, pacing, and pipeline performance
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships and proactively developing new business opportunities across key markets
  • Prepare creative and impactful client presentations
  • Collaborate with Production and Traffic teams to maximize inventory efficiency and optimize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and developments through key media outlets such as Media Post News and Front Office Sports
  • This is a fully in-office position; remote work is not available



Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of national sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling commercial spots and live event sponsorships
  • Established relationships with Media Agencies within the industry
  • Proficient in interpreting Nielsen ratings and leveraging audience data to strengthen sales pitches
  • Strong analytical ability for strategic sales development, including interpretation of media research and analysis for effective use as a sales tool
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills, high levels of computer skills including Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word and Salesforce
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial high growth environment
  • A creative problem-solver with a “think outside the box” attitude, always ready to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • BS or BA in related field of studies


Compensation is commensurate with experience.
