Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics systems such as Salesforce, Google Ads, or Nielsen ratings is typically required. Outstanding interpersonal communication, resilience, and relationship-building abilities set top performers apart. These skills are crucial for driving revenue, securing client partnerships, and adapting to the rapidly evolving advertising landscape.
