Job description

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead to support and elevate our warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for executing order picking, packing, and shipping while providing day-to-day guidance/training to associates and helping drive accuracy, productivity, and process consistency.

This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment who takes ownership, leads by example, and is comfortable stepping in to solve problems in real time.

Starting Pay Rate: $22/hour. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee order fulfillment operations (picking, packing, and shipping) with a high level of accuracy and quality standards
  • Utilize WMS systems and RF/barcode scanners to process and verify orders
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper sorting, verification, and cycle count participation
  • Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching associates and reinforcing best practices
  • Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and help drive continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot order issues, discrepancies, and operational bottlenecks
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment
  • Communicate with different departments, service providers & corporate staff

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience required
  • Prior experience in a lead, senior associate, or team lead capacity strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and teaching
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, support team performance, and build Team trust
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
