Position Summary

You'll join a dedicated team in our Deposit Operations department, where you'll assist customers with various banking needs, ensure accurate transaction processing, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Essential Functions
  • Perform data entry, capture, and balance work received from branches daily, upholding our commitment to accuracy and reliability.
  • Resolve rejected items and balance transactions promptly, demonstrating our core value of accountability.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their DDA and Savings accounts, embodying our dedication to transparency and trust.
