Job description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) drives excellence in premium creator advertising by orchestrating successful brand integrations and campaign delivery for Amazon's Creator Ad Partnerships. This role champions advertiser success through expert project management, strategic optimization, and seamless coordination across our portfolio of influential creators and properties.
Working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners, you ensure campaign success from pre-sale through execution to analysis, while maintaining creator best practices.

You serve as the trusted advisor to brands investing in creator-led advertising, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to deliver measurable results.Your position requires both operational excellence and strategic thinking to maintain the premium quality of our creator portfolio while driving results against advertiser KPIs. Through proactive relationship management, analytical rigor, and flawless execution, you help brands effectively connect with audiences through our creators.You combine client service excellence, operational expertise, and strategic insight to ensure advertiser satisfaction, driving retention and advertiser growth in the Creator landscape.
Key job responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales process support for partnered account executives and designated key accounts
Own the client experience and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale through execution to post-campaign analysis
Lead campaign success metrics and optimization strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and campaign updates, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Work cross-functionally on bespoke, custom executions, defining new workflows when necessary
Deliver cross-platform insights with recommended areas of improvement across multi-platform campaigns including, but not limited to, YouTube, social media, podcasts, and live events
