We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures (RSV) is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships, responsible for owning the client experience across a portfolio of RSV creators. Reporting to the SVP, Creator Partnerships, this is a results-oriented, client-facing role focused on driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a cross-functional connector between creators and RSV's internal creator service divisions. You will serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for your assigned clients - whether organized by genre, show size, or other criteria - and will be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes within your portfolio. You will translate creator goals into clear next steps, bring platform and performance guidance back to creators, and drive follow-through across stakeholders to deliver measurable results. Some travel may be required.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of creators, acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate.

  • Function as the day-to-day liaison between creators and RSV's internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability.

  • Partner with clients to identify and develop new monetization opportunities - including spin-off shows, premium subscription tiers, and audience-driven products - and collaborate with Creator Operations and Audience Development to bring these concepts to market.

  • Participate in new client brainstorms to help develop content ideas and formats for original podcasts, bringing cross-portfolio perspective and knowledge of what's resonating in the creator economy.

  • Gather creator goals, content plans, constraints, and feedback; synthesize into actionable next steps that help RSV's creator service teams shape recommendations.

  • Socialize RSV recommendations to creators and their teams, clarify priorities, and drive adoption through structured plans, timelines, and check-ins.

  • Coordinate execution across internal RSV teams (growth, production, operations, marketing, sales) to ensure deliverables, publishing needs, and optimization tasks are completed on time.

  • Run regular partner business reviews: align on goals/KPIs, share performance readouts and insights from the growth team, and track progress against action plans.

  • Identify and triage risks/opportunities (content supply, publishing consistency, platform changes, operational blockers), escalating as needed to keep partners on track.

  • Partner with teams managing internal and third party platforms to coordinate distribution, ensure creator alignment, and support performance improvements.

  • Support monetization initiatives by ensuring creators are prepared for sponsorship/ad opportunities and that internal teams have what they need to execute.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent/creator management, digital media, content networks, or platform partnerships.

  • Proven ability to manage high-touch creator relationships and drive alignment and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast ecosystems and the growth levers that impact performance (even if you are not the strategy owner).

  • Comfort with performance data and insights: ability to understand analytics, ask the right questions, and communicate takeaways clearly to creators.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and keeping projects moving from plan to execution.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with a client-service mindset.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple partners.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience working closely with audience development, channel optimization, or editorial/content strategy teams.

  • Familiarity with podcast monetization mechanics (e.g., host-reads, dynamic ad insertion) and/or YouTube monetization basics.

  • Experience supporting owned-and-operated platforms (growth, engagement, retention, conversion).

  • Experience building scalable partner playbooks, templates, and operating cadences.
