Job description

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time UGC/Affiliate Manager for DNAM Brands.
 
In this role, you will lead the growth and management of our affiliate program across our portfolio of iconic brands-including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka-driving revenue through strategic partnerships, performance optimization, and structured reporting. Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you will recruit and nurture high-impact creators and partners, coordinate gifting and content execution, and align campaigns with broader brand and business objectives. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and a deep understanding of affiliate platforms, UGC strategy, and the evolving creator ecosystem across TikTok and Instagram.
 
The Affiliate Manager plays a critical role in scaling performance-driven partnerships-ensuring programs are thoughtfully managed, data-informed, and consistently aligned with growth goals.
 
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and scale the UGC and affiliate programs across social and e-commerce platforms
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture creators, affiliates, and brand partners
  • Develop briefs, track deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs and ROI
  • Collaborate with creative, social, and paid teams to repurpose high-performing content
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in UGC, affiliate, or influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems
  • Experience managing affiliate platforms and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
