Activity Assistant

Job Summary:

At Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team. As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing engaging activities, events, and experiences that promote socialization, recreation, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and implement activities, events, and programs for residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and entertainment

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment

  • Coordinate and assist with special events, such as parties, holidays, and community activities

  • Collaborate with the Activity Director to create and implement activity plans that cater to diverse resident interests and abilities

  • Recruit and supervise volunteers to assist with activities and events
