The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work inCalifornia is $17.00 to $21.00 hourly.  The offered pay toa successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may includebut are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experiencewithin the required industry, education, etc. 

We are looking for a Part-Time Activity Assistant for our Friday- Sunday AM shift.

Responsibilities: 

  • We are looking for a very professional employee to perform Activity duties.
  • Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this facility.
  • Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated, by noting, reporting, and charting resident behavior
  • Keep abreast of economic conditions/situations and recommend to the Activity Director adjustments in activity programs that assure the continued ability to provide daily activities.
  • Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the Activity Director.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be reliable, motivated, very productive and detail oriented. Able to work both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Must be enthusiastic, personable, and willing to perform office tasks and others as needed.
  • Must like setting and achieving goals. Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Must be an upbeat person who likes working around other similarly positive, productive people.
