We're a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our team and provide our guests with a care experience that will change their lives!
Key responsibilities include:
Assists in the coordination, direction and delivery of wellness and recreation programs to meet specific needs of each and all the residents
Providing hands-on involvement in programs during the residents' scheduled times
Assisting in the planning, orientation and supervision of volunteers
Supporting the Resident Programs Director in exploring opportunities for resident emotional, physical, spiritual, social and intellectual engagement
Assisting with marketing and promotional materials, helping to ensure professional quality
Position Requirements
1 year of direct activities programming experience in a skilled nursing setting (preferred)
Basic typing and computer skills are essential, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment
